Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Avalora Property Management ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit avalora.co.uk or use our services. We are based in England and operate in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone, postcode, property details, and any message content submitted via our enquiry form. We also collect technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through standard analytics tools.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide rental estimates, deliver our property management services, comply with legal obligations, and (with your consent) send you relevant updates. We rely on legitimate interests, contract performance, consent, and legal obligation as our lawful bases.

3. Data retention

Enquiry data is held for up to 24 months. Client data is held for the duration of our agreement and up to 7 years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and optional analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser at any time.

5. Third-party tools

We share data with vetted third-party processors only where necessary — including booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and similar), payment processors, cloud hosting providers, email services, and analytics providers. All processors are contractually bound to protect your data.

6. Your UK GDPR rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. Contact

For any privacy-related queries or to exercise your rights, please email hello@avalora.co.uk.
